Married to Melodee Oletzke in 1980. We have one daughter, one son, and five grandchildren (Brayden, Emma, Caleb, Jackson and Elliot).

How did you come to Stone Church?

I came from Issaquah, WA in 1998 to be the Lead Pastor.

What makes you laugh?

My grandkids and the off beat humor of the pastoral team.

What makes you cry?

Accidentally hitting delete on my sunday message notes; weighing in; seeing demonized weeds sprout again in my yard; knowing the ‘honey do’ list is eternal; seeing my grandkids hurting.
